Terms and Conditions for Partners
Last updated: 14.02.2026
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all partners using PianoHub for commercial listing management. Partner accounts enable the management of multiple listings and are secured with access credentials. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the general Terms of Use of PianoHub also apply.
In particular, the following sections of the Terms of Use apply to partners:
- User Obligations (Section 3)
- Prohibited Activities (Section 4)
- Intellectual Property and Copyright (Section 5)
- Platform Role and Transactions (Section 6)
- Termination and Content Removal (Section 7)
2. Subject Matter
PianoHub provides partners with a platform to publish commercial listings for keyboard instruments. Partners can manage and edit multiple listings simultaneously through their partner account.
3. Fees
The use of Partner accounts as well as the creation, publication, and management of commercial listings on PianoHub are currently free of charge. No fees are currently charged.
PianoHub reserves the right to introduce paid services or plans in the future. Paid services may only be offered on the basis of a corresponding amendment to these Terms and Conditions. The provisions on amendments to the Terms set out in Section 8 apply accordingly.
4. Partner Obligations
Authorization Requirement
By submitting an application, the partner confirms that they are legally authorized to represent the business. Only authorized persons (e.g., managing directors, owners, or authorized employees) may submit an application for the partner program.
Legal Notice Requirement
Commercial partners are obligated to include a complete legal notice (imprint) in their listings in accordance with legal requirements.
Image and Copyright Rights
The partner confirms possession of all necessary rights to the uploaded images. Use of copyrighted images from third parties without permission is prohibited.
By uploading images, the partner grants PianoHub the non-exclusive, transferable rights, limited to the contract duration, to store, reproduce, and make the images publicly accessible within the platform. PianoHub is entitled to technically edit the images to a reasonable extent (e.g., resize, compress), provided this does not alter the essential content.
Access Credentials
The partner is responsible for keeping access credentials confidential and is liable for all activities performed through the account. In case of suspected unauthorized use, PianoHub must be informed immediately.
Content Responsibility
Partners are responsible for all content uploaded to the platform, including texts, images, and data. Statutory liability provisions apply.
5. Data Protection
Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further information is contained in the Privacy Policy.
The partner is responsible for ensuring the necessary legal basis exists to provide contact information in listings and transmit it to PianoHub.
6. Suspension and Deletion
PianoHub reserves the right to suspend the partner account or delete individual listings if:
- these Terms and Conditions or the Terms of Use are violated
- legal provisions are violated
- false information is provided or fraudulent actions are taken
- the account is used abusively
In case of serious violations, the account may be suspended without prior notice.
7. Term and Termination
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period.
The partner can terminate the partner account at any time by notifying the support team. After termination, all listings will be removed.
PianoHub may terminate the contract with 4 weeks' notice. In case of good cause, particularly in case of violations of these Terms and Conditions, immediate termination is possible.
After contract termination, listing data will be removed from public view. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
PianoHub reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Significant changes will be communicated to the Partner at least four weeks before they take effect.
The amended Terms only take effect if the Partner explicitly agrees. If the Partner objects or does not consent, the contract will terminate upon the effective date of the changes.
9. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the operator's registered office.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
