As a partner, you can list your available pianos on PianoHub with little effort – exclusively or in addition to your own website. PianoHub acts only as a listing and search platform that brings attention to your offers and establishes contact. The sale itself is handled by you in your local store as usual.

Instead of manually creating individual listings for the instruments they trade, partners can manage their listings as lists. In one go, partners can create or update any number of listings on PianoHub, effortlessly increasing the reach of their offerings, which would otherwise often attract attention only at a regional level. Operating an additional partner website where these offers can also be found is not a contradiction, but actually makes perfect sense. The partner listings on PianoHub can then link directly to the partner's own website, where interested users can find further information about the partner's specialist store or the individual offers themselves. Sounds great, right?

As a partner, you can embed videos from third-party platforms like YouTube or Vimeo directly in your listings. This lets you present interested buyers with a sound sample of the instrument being played, directly in the listing.
Filterable partner listings
Users can specifically filter for partner listings to see only offers from verified dealers.
Priority support
Partners receive faster support for technical questions and issues. Dedicated contact person for all partner-related concerns.

Perfect! Use the CSV import function to transfer them to PianoHub. Our guide for AI-assisted conversion helps you convert your data into the required format. The CSV filling guide also provides detailed explanations of all columns, data types, and validation rules. Do you prefer editing directly in the browser? No problem – as a partner, you can also edit your list files conveniently in your partner account without CSV import.
Partner Application
The process is simple and transparent. Get your partner account in three steps:
Submit Application
Use the partner application form (button below) and provide the required information. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email.
Required information:
- Name of the store
- Business email address, website (if available)
- Store address (street, number, postal code, city, country)
Verification by Support
Our team verifies the authenticity of your store and request based on the provided data. Follow-up questions may be asked if needed.
Partner Account & API Key
After successful verification and your agreement to the Terms and Conditions, we create your partner account with the data you provided and send you a personal access code (API key) for your partner dashboard to manage listings.
